Please clarify who the applicant is for the subject project. The Corps issued the permit to RiverLink. The PCN indicates
Wildlands is the applicant. Note the applicant is the project owner, not necessarily the entity completing and submitting
the application (typically done by the agent).

I just looked in our database for the subject project. It appears the project is still on hold as the Division is awaiting
payment of the fee. We don't review projects until the fee is received.
Please let me know if you believe this is incorrect or need assistance with instructions for fee submittal.
