On January 29, 2020, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application
dated January 15, 2020, requesting a 401 Certification from the Division for the subject project.
On March 31, 2020, the Division requested additional information on the project and received a
request from you to withdraw the application. This letter acknowledges your request; your
application is withdrawn.

Please be aware that you have no authorization under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act for
this activity and any work done within waters of the state would be a violation of North
