I'm writing to formalize our conversation last week. Per our discussion, the Pre - construction Notification (PCN) for the proposed High Gate 3 project (SAW-2020-00395), dated February, 212019 is incomplete. Please don't hesitate to call if there are any questions. 1) I'm unable to process the application without information about the site prior to development of the first two phases. Portions of wetlands had been located in the past associated with proposed crossings, and a soil stream is shown extending onto the property. Please work with the project owner to share any surveys and/or approvals received for this site prior to development. 2) We also cannot permit a road crossing that isn't associated with, or needed to construct, the project. Once we receive this information, we'll resume our review of this project. Please provide the requested information within 30 days, or your application will be withdrawn.
