1. Submit an NOT form for the COC you were just issued (NCC201281). The NOT form can be found here:

2. Then, submit a new NOI with the correct address listed. I attached a copy of your previous submission for reference,
so you can copy over the other information that was correct.
Once the new NOI is approved, you will receive a payment email, but don't worry about paying. We'll just apply the fee
from the old COC to the new COC.

Good Morning Alaina,

We have run into an addressing issue with this Lot. It sits on a
corner and the 712 Brownwich address is incorrect. Can I get
this changed to be 1321 Yardley Dr.; Wake Forest, NC 27588? Everything
else is the same. Please let me know what needs to be done to amend this address.
