We did find what appears to be a typo in the coordinates for the Location Map in Section C. The 35 was switched to a 34
for the Latitude.

Thanks for sending the monitoring data. It looks like other than the one sample you mentioned, the parameters stay
below benchmarks. I don't think we need to make any changes to the parameters. I have attached your draft permit for
a review and 30-day comment period. The draft is also being sent to the regional office for a review.

I left you a voice mail for some clarification, but I wanted to get you the data to check out. I followed the same format I
used in the original Permit Application. I updated the summary to include all results completed from the beginning of the
existing permit.

Thank you for you call! I am working on renewing your facility's individual stormwater permit (Permit No. NCS000311).
There is some information I am required to ask you for to (1.) confirm that the information I have is correct and (2.)
make sure the permit adequality serves the needs of the facility.
What I need from you:
• A spreadsheet summarizing all of the monitoring data that has been collected since the effective date of the
current permit;
• A verification that the information in the renewal application is still is still complete and correct; and
• An explanation of any operational changes since the renewal application was submitted.

Once all comments and concerns are addressed, you will be issued the final permit.
