On January 19, 2007, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) in the Wilmington Regional Office (WiRO) received
your CAMA application dated January 19, 2007 to construct townhomes, a retaining wall and pier and platform.
The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to protect waters on the subject
property.
This Office needs to get a profile drawing of the decks that are located on/over wetlands as depicted
on the plans that were sent in. The DWQ need to see if the decks will impact the wetlands or if they
will be built over the wetlands on pilings. The DWQ will place this project on hold as incomplete
until we receive this additional information.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or
protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this
