On January 18, 2017, Brian Lambe from the Wilmington Regional Office of the Division of Energy,
Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR), conducted a compliance evaluation inspection for Inlet Watch
Yacht Club located in New Hanover County, North Carolina.
The following observations were noted during the DEMLR inspection (please see the attached
addendum for additional information about your permit):
1) Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP)
A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) has been developed, recorded, and properly
implemented.

Greater attention is needed on yearly updates on the SPPP. Greater attention is needed in regards to
Best Management Practices.
2) Qualitative Monitoring
Qualitative monitoring has been conducted and recorded in accordance with permit requirements.

Not all sampling points have semi-annual results.
3) Analytical Monitoring
Analytical monitoring has been conducted and recorded in accordance with permit requirements.

Not all sampling points have semi-annual results. Sampling indicates that they should be on Tier II.
Other Observations:
The permit may be rescinded upon approval of application from Bell Hart Marine.
