Specifications may be omitted for delegated authorities. Each sheet of the plans and the first page of the specifications must be signed and sealed. If the owner/authority of the wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) that will be accepting the wastewater flow from this project is different from the applicant of the project, then a letter must be provided from the owner/authority of the WWTF specifying the volume of flow that will be accepted. The letter should be a recent letter and should refer to the project by the same name as that identified on the application and the plans/specifications. e. Acting Director Subject: Application No. WQ0007339 Additional Information Request Town of Mount Gilead Sewer Extension Montgomery County Dear Mayor Haithcock: The Permits and Engineering Unit has completed a preliminary engineering review of the subject application. The following items must be addressed before we can complete our review: 1) The Division requires that at all stream crossings, either the top of the pipe be below the stream bed (at least three feet unless ferrous material pipe is used) or that the bottom of the pipe be above the 25 year flood elevation. Please provide the 25 year flood elevation for the stream shown on the submitted plans (elevated crossing) and, if necessary, provide revised plans to comply with the above requirements. Refer to the subject permit application number when providing the requested information. Please submit three copies of all information to my attention at the address below. Also, please note that failure to provide this additional information on or before March 12, 1993 will subject your application to being returned as incomplete, in accordance with 15A NCAC 2H .0208.
