cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until the following information is received. Please complete the
following items in the application:

2. Section E
3. Impact map: Show the two zones of the riparian buffer on the plot plan as measured from the top of the
strea m ba n k.
-Site plan must depict the footprint of the proposed permanent impacts within Zone 2.
-The square footage of the impacts in Zone 2 must be identified in the application.

Good Morning.... I am hoping that you can help me with an issue I am having with getting approval for a permit. My
name is My name is Jeremy Aronson and I am the owner of Aronson Construction. I am trying to obtain a building permit
in the Town of Cary to replace an existing 5'x40' pedestrian bridge in the Oxxford Hunt community greenway with a new
6'x40' pedestrian bridge. I have been informed by the Town of Cary that I needed to contact the NC DEQ saying "The
widening of the bridge may be considered additional impact to the buffered watercourse and will need
approval/verification from NC DEQ for allowable Neuse Buffer Impacts". I came into your office on Monday morning and
spoke with a gentleman named Paul who gave me your contact information and said to email you. We are not doing
anything in the water as there will be no posts. We are going to build the new bridge off to the side, have concrete
poured on both ends with bolts sticking out and then have a crane set it in place. If there is any damage to the grass
from the crane we will fix as necessary. There is already an existing sidewalk going to the existing bridge. I am attaching
a copy of the structural Engineered plans. Please let me know if you have any questions.
