Dear Mrs. Amschler,
Based on our phone conversation on November 30, 2009, I am formally requesting a two-
year extension to our current NW-18 permit scheduled to expire on December 11, 2009.
Due to the existing economic conditions, I have not been able to sell the property nor
proceed with the proposed improvements.
I am requesting that the existing permit be re-issued or extended "as is". I do not intend
to modify any of the conditions stated in our original PCN 29/401 application or
corresponding approval of subject permit.
I have spoken with NCDENR, Division of Water Quality, Mrs. Joanne Steenhuis, and she
is aware of this request.
