As per our telephone conversation, I have enclosed a map depicting the
point of discharge for the subject facilities.
In answer to your question as to the correct name of this facility,
it appears from our files that NPDES Permit No. NC 0023795 was issued to
Rocky River Estates (Mobile Home Park). Apparently they have sometime
thereafter adopted the name "Paradise Village.
