Everyone else is teleworking so Tom and I have the run of the office and social distancing Q. I'm good with moving forward as a non -reporting NW3. Be 1 sure to circle around with Garcy and make sure this fits a non -reporting GC for DWR. If it doesn't I would like to see a full submittal to both agencies. Travis did not request moratoria for this project. Monte has asked us about tracking non -reporting projects on a spreadsheet for all centrally managed projects and we'll include this one. I hope you're all doing well and stay safe. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to JWMr—spam2nc.gov Gordon, Did you contact NCWRC, Travis Wilson, and see if there are any moratoria that would be required at this location? Typically Division 1 submits a PCN request for these projects to make sure everything is covered in case a special condition would be required like a moratorium. If this doesn't require a PCN submittal be sure to make contact with Division 1 and make sure it is placed on the non -reporting spreadsheet in case the Corps requests the information for tracking purposes. BR-0117 will also be replaced on the existing alignment while detouring traffic offsite. The drawings from Hydraulics shows a total of <0.01 acre of fill, 0.02 acre of excavation and 0.05 acre of mechanized clearing. They are also showing <0.01 acre of permanent surface water impacts, 12 feet of permanent channel impacts and 106 feet of temporary because they appear to be counting the already bridged stream banks as channel impacts. I don't think any actual channel is being lost, but that is for y'all to say I guess. We received confirmation today that Utilities does not anticipate any impacts to waters or wetlands. We would prefer to handle this as a non -written NW 3, if possible. I have attached the drawings for your review, and also the final CE checklist, Utility narrative, and NRTR for your reading pleasure. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
