Hey Gordon,
I spoke with Chris briefly about this this morning but he said you could better answer my question. After accounting for
the changes in impacts at Sites 1,3,and 21, I've come up with an additional 0.09 ac of permanent impacts. The
application stated there would be an additional 0.04 ac of perm impacts which is the amount covered in the DMS
letter. I've attached the table from the mod I'm working on that shows where I'm getting the .09. Please review and let
me know what you think.
I also have some questions regarding the utility impacts. The application narrative states that the splice pits are
temporary impacts and the Hand holes are permanent impacts. Isn't there some excavation associated with the splice
pits? If so, this would be considered a permanent impact. Also, the plan sheets are showing both as being hand clearing
impacts.
