In accordance with your request for modification received August 81h, 2011, we are forwarding
herewith Permit No. WQ0022729, dated April 201h, 2011, to Hoke County Department of Public Works for
the continued operation of the subject wastewater collection extension. This modification is to change
ownership from the City of Raeford to Hoke County. Our database has been revised to reflect that
ownership has changed from the City of Raeford to Hoke County.
Please attach this letter to the Permit No. WQ0022729 to reflect that as of November 2"d, 2011
ownership was changed to Hoke County and Hoke County is now liable for Permit No. WQ0022729. This
cover letter shall be considered a part of the attached permit and is therefore incorporated therein by
reference. This permit is effective from the date of issuance until rescinded and shall be subject to the
conditions and limitations specified therein.
