Per our conversations, please find our Rescission Request for our Whiteville facility (COC# 080836). From our
conversations, it is my understanding that:
• The final required walk-through could be satisfied by the recent 3/9/20 DEMLR inspection (DEMLR will make the
decision and let WM know).
• DEMLR will check and see if the past due bill (May 2, 2019) has actually been received or can be waived.
• WM will check for records of payment of May 2019 fee and will updated DEMLR on this.
Additionally, a hard copy of the attachment is being mailed to Suzanne McCoy.
