There was a mistake in her original eNOI (wrong company name), and she already has a COC to the wrong company. I agreed to let her apply that payment to the new COC so after the eNOI is approved, the payment can be pushed through right away. I have attached the NEW eNOI confirmation and also the NEW FRO and acceptance as well as the OLD eNOI, COC, and payment of that OLD COC. At this point I will wait for you to forward to staff on priority and psh the COC payment through (already paid first time). I will be watching for any correspondence from you or your staff to try and make this as smooth as possible. Thanks again for all your help, especially today!! I have now gotten a corrected FRO and am going into enter a NEW eNOI as you directed. Here is the question: SEC B: Permittee Information #2 asks for Register Agent's Name if Corporation SEC E: Certification The person who electronically signs this Certification above must be the same person who signs the NOI Certification Form. If that person is signing on behalf of the Permittee, that individual must be an authorized responsible person within the same organization as the Permittee The Registered Agent and the Person on SEC E are not the same person. They are an authorized person of the Corporation and did sign the FRO but they are not the "Registered Agent" - should I be putting the in the name of the person signing everything and ignoring the fact that they are NOT the Registered Agent????
