Inspection Summary:
This is an AR review for residuals application that occurred with regards to permit WQ0006984.
Land Apllication of residuals occurred on sis permitted fields with a total of 182.52 Dry Tons of residuals being applied
across a total of 65.5 acres.
PAN calculation appear to be correct and the AR indicates that PAN is within the limit of the permit
SAR calculations aslo appear to have been correctly performed.
All calculations have been presented in the AR.
TCLP calculations were performed and there are no elevated metals present in the residual from the South Fork facility.
Volitile Organic Compounds(VOCs)sampling was also performed with a result of non -detect for VOC constituents.
The AR appears to be in compliance with the permit.
