The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) has received and reviewed the 2019 Annual Report (AR) for the
above permit. The report indicates land application occurred at six fields under this permit in 2019.
According to the AR, a total of 182.56 dry tons of material was applied to 65.50 acres.
All calculations appeared to have been presented correctly in the AR report. Hauling records have been
provided by Synagro for the LA event that occurred under this permit.
Overall the AR was found to be compliant with the permit.
