A site visit was not conducted as part of the AR review. During 2019, eleven of fifty-four fields received soil amendments of class "B" residuals through permit WQ0002712. The residual source was from the City of Lincolnton WWTP and residuals were applied to fields within the permit The AR indicates adequate reduction was performed during all four quarters and compliance for the reduction was achieved under this permit. This data is sufficiently noted in Section 5 PathogenNector Attraction Reduction of the AR. Section 6 of the AR indicates Only fields NC-LT-36-01 and NC-LT-36-02 required only slightly over 0.5 tons of lime amendments during 2019. Sections 2 and 4 of the AR indicate there are no elevated Metals and TCLP data is reporting to be within permit limits. None of the fields that received residuals are near the MCL for metals. The highest SAR value was reported at 1.1. SAR calculations were presented in the AR and a spot check of the SAR calculations indicates these calculations have been correctly performed.
