Dear Mr. Dorney:
Your agency was last contacted in September of 2000, in reference to the placement of 6 boatslips
for non-waterfront lots for which we have received FERC approval and the slips are now in place. I
am at this time notifying your agency that we have placed an irrigation pump at the above referenced
subdivision. This irrigation pump is located in the common open space as shown on the enclosed
plan. The pump consists of a 2" pipe connected to a 10 horsepower motor which will pump
approximately 75 gallons per minute.
Application is being made to Duke Power Company for the necessary Conveyance Application. We
ask that you advise us, by return mail of any questions or comments that you may have concerning
the irrigation pump. Your comments are a requirement of the Conveyance Application.
