Ian,
1. 1 had problems with the letter head and footers, so you'll have to copy and paste it into yours.
2. 1 changed the amounts of impacts in the IC including the areas where mitigation was discussed. Although, I
know that the mitigation has already been done for the original amounts requested.
3. In addition, I did not change the NCDWQ 401 WQC summary of Permanent impacts and Mitigation
Requirements sheet, so I do not know if you want to or not since the mitigation is done and the credits have
been bought already from EEP. If you do not plan on reattach this sheet, you'll need to delete it off the
attachments section on the first page.
4. 1 did not change the amount of Compensatory mitigation required in the chart in the IC (next to last page)for
the same reason as above
5. 1 did indicate we would attach the excel spreadsheet provided by Malcolm Pirnie for the
changes/modification in dealing with this modification as well as the drawings they submitted.
6. 1 added the condition of as-builts after the project was completed to be turned in as the completion sheet.
There is no way we can do compliance on a project this size without the as-builts. They are also doing them
for the Corps.
7. Steve Miller is no longer with Malcolm Pirnie so I asked Bob Belcher who to send it to and he said Bill Hixon
Read it over and let me know.
