Project is to be located in DOT right-of-way, 5 feet off the edge of pavement Impacting federally protected species is highly unlikely and difficult to quantify since the habitats of the species in concern are not delineated. 6. What data sources did you use to determine whether your site would impact Essential Fish Habitat? Research was conducted using the USFWS and various other sources. No substantial evidence could be found to assume the unnamed tributaries of East Mingo Creek and the unnamed tributaries of Hannah Creek could be considered Essential Fish Habitat 7.
