The DWR has reviewed your courtesy PCN for the Hicks Bridge project. The DWR concurs that the project does not
require written concurrence/general certification letter. Please be reminded that you must still comply with the activity
specific conditions and general conditions set forth in the general certification 4132 (see attached) that corresponds to
the USACE NW permit 3. For future reference the DWR has assigned this project a DWR # 20200355. Please do not
hesitate to call me if you have questions.
