areas at non-erosive velocties prior to entering the protected riparian buffers. Any additional stormwater
located. on the iemainden uf the prupnartysall be i ffnso-flow-at-tron-erosiw velocities prior-to

buffers is allowed.

more landward) shall be dearly marked with orange fabric fencing (or similar clearly visible markers) for
the length of the construciron area that has been approved to infringe within the buffer prior to and for the
duration of any land disturbing activities to ensure compliance with 15A NCAC 2B .0233.
You are required to mitigate for your Zone 1 impacts. The required area of mitigation shall be equal to
800 ftz. The DWQ has determined that on-site mitigation will satisfy this mitigation requirement. To
satisfy this on-site mitigaibn, woody vegetation (native shrubs and trees) shall be planted in no less than

option once and if we receive your request.
