wastewater system
Dear Mr. Vinson and Mr. Zhang:
In response to the referenced NOV and Intent to Assess Civil Penalty, we offer the following
explanations for the violations and remedial actions taken:
During December 2019 samples for BOD, Fecal Coliform, Nitrogen Ammonia and TSS was
collected on December 18, 2019. There were no additional samples collected due to the
system not having any flow for the remainder of the month.
