Dear Mr. Ferris:
On August 13, 2018, this Office received a report from Emergency Management of a 478,333-
gallon sewage spilled into Long Creek. The site was investigated by Roberto Scheller of this
Office on August 13, 2018, at 3:16 p.m. At the time of the spill investigation it was noted that
sewage spill was the result of a standby generator not starting during a power outage. The
enclosed report should be self-explanatory; however, should you have any questions, please do
