Inspection Summary:
On March 23, 2020, DWR staff persons Justin Henderson, Patrick Mitchell, & Caitlyn Caudle visited the subject site to
confirm the new monitoring well's, MW-4, proposed location was at the compliance boundary, and observed the installation
of the monitoring well. The well was drilled 27 feet deep and was screened from 12 to 27 feet. There was water present in the
well upon drilling. Jim Brown EHS Manger,representing Tyson was present during this inspection. Mr. Brown and the well
drillers indicated that they would development the well by purging following this inspection.
