I was just contacted by the Mitchell County folks and there appears to be some activity at this location; cosmetic work on the house is underway. I spoke with the building inspector and explain our situation with this site. The building inspector said he would assist us however he can. I will keep you posted as I get more info. I am hoping this will put Mr. Stewart in contact with me and I can work with him to gain compliance. So, I may be reaching out to you regarding the past due fees. What would you like me to tell Mr. Stewart to do to resolve the overdue fees? We have been working on the more recent overdue fees, and this was in 2016. It is a lengthy process, and something that we have been working on simply when we have extra time from writing permits and other more pertinent tasks. Also, I looked in our file room and there is not even a permit folder for this one. BIMS has been updated. No response from permittee to date. NOD-2016-RV-0003 is not in the file. I know that Emily and Anjali in our unit have been working on fee recovery. I'm copying them on this message so they can add any relevant info. NCG550113 has been expired since 2002. There are currently 7 unpaid annual fees ($420.00 total). I guess the first question is did you guys ever get the green card back or did this guy not accept these notices. Has any more action been taken on the Raleigh end to get this guy to renew/pay annual fees? I just picked up the file, so I'll see if I can track him down and get onsite. But, wanted to touch base with your group and/or the budget group for any updates or additional info.
