1. We contend the applicant could avoid the proposed impacts to 404/jurisdictional wetlands by
proposing a slightly smaller house footprint or proposing to construct a two-story house that based
on our review would still be consistent with the character of Treybrooke subdivision and be
equally, if not more,desirable and saleable.
