Lisa/Clark,
I have spoken with Central Office about the past due permit fees for your NCG550359 permit. They approved you paying
$120 for three months to catch up on the annual fees. I've copied Charles Weaver on this email. He will be your point of
contact in the Central Office for paying the dues and updating the permit with your new last name and placing Clark on the
permit too if that's what you guys want to do. Be aware, I think Clark has to be designated as co-owner before we can put
his name on the permit. Whether or not to do so is up to you.
Please email Mr. Weaver at charles.weaver(oncdenr.gov to get these processes in motion. His phone number is 919-807-
6391, if you need with speak with him directly, but be aware, he is an extremely busy man up there, so you may have to
wait for a call back.
What's the status on having the septic tank pumped out?
Please proceed to get the chlorinator functioning again, either by repair or replacement, and then get your chlorine tablets
and start using them. Maybe we can at least curb some of the pollution getting into the stream. We will begin to address the
issues with Antonio and his system and its relation to yours as soon as we get word as to whether they can use a traditional
septic system for their home.
Please reply to this email to acknowledge it and please keep us apprised of your progress with getting the tank pumped and
repairing/replacing the chlorinator.
