RE: Duplin County Livestock Facility
Dear Mrs. Lawson:
At project start up, it became necessary to consider an animal waste permit for the Duplin County
Livestock Facility, Permit No. AWI310885. However, as use of the building has become standardized
and records show that the use of the building does not necessitate a permit, Duplin County is requesting
NC DEQ rescind this permit effective immediately.
