The project is now moving forward with True Homes and Kolter and will consist of a 108 Lot 3 bedroom single family residential subdivision. This subdivision, which is located Off E. Neuse River Parkway, will consist of 100% domestic flow. The sewer system will be constructed of approximately 3,600 LF of 8-inch SDR sewer pipe. With 108 lots at a projected flow of 180 GPD, the projected flow for this facility is 18,000 GPD. The wastewater treatment plant facility that will be handling this flow is the Neuse Colony WWTF (Permit # NC 064564). The permitted flow for this WWTF is 0.75 MGD (NPDES).
