In response to the Notice of Violation the facility has ensured that De -chlorination tube has tablets in the tube.
According to log documentation tablets were placed the day prior to inspection. We have also contacted
Kace Environmental about this issue and had discussion in reference to this apparent discrepancy.
The dosing pump timer has been adjusted to a more frequent dosing cycle and the dosing pump intake has
been lifted from the bottom of the septic tank to avoid transferring solids to the filter bed.
The filter distribution lines will be re -leveled to optimize even distribution of the wastewater and the Chlorine
contact chamber will be repaired so that the system is water tight. We are currently working with a contractor
to get this completed.
