Subject: Permit No. WQ0013361
2728 Weaver Hill Drive SFR
Surface Irrigation Wastewater Treatment
and Disposal System
Wake County
On February 20, 2020 staff of the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR), Water Quality
Regional Operations Section (WQROS), inspected the subject single-family residence surface
irrigation wastewater treatment and disposal system. The purpose of the visit was to complete a
compliance inspection. I would like to thank Mr. Osvaldo for his assistance.
On the day of the inspection all single family residence wastewater treatment and application
equipment appeared to be well maintained. The septic tank is pumped on a 3-5 year schedule and
due within the next year. A pipe has been installed from the driveway to within 10 foot of the tank
to assist with the pumping due to the location of the tanks. The system was operated by hand and
appeared to be operating properly. The spray field was in good condition all heads were operating
as designed and vegetation was established. The dead and dyeing trees will be a consistent
maintenance issue but please try to keep the fallen trees removed. Please try to maintain the
larger/healthier trees.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (919) 791-4200 orjane.bemard@ncdeur.gov.
