Dear Ms. Dishmon:
In accordance with the Condition #9 of the 401 Individual Water Quality Certification #3879, issued by
the Division on January 24, 2012, monitoring of streams SC8 and SC10 has been conducted by Duke, and
annual reports have been submitted to the Division of Water Resources (Division). The Division has
determined that streams SC8 and SC10 have been monitored as required and that no further monitoring
of these streams is necessary. Please note that future monitoring of streams SC1, SC5, and SC7 shall be
conducted in accordance with Condition #9 of the 401 Individual Water Quality Certification #3879
issued by the Division on January 24, 2012.
