The modification is due to increases in pipe length of greater than 10% from what was originally permitted to what was installed. This modification includes 4,141 lineal feet of 8-inch gravity sewer (3,943 lineal feet of 8" PVC and 198 lineal feet of 8" DIP gravity sanitary sewer) for the proposed Davis Park Townhomes development located at the intersection of Davis Drive and Hopson Road in Durham, NC. The sewer system will be a public system owned and operated by Durham County. The private collection system is being permitted separately. Existing permit #WQ0040504 includes 3,428 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer to serve 140 three -bedroom townhomes. There are currently residents in this project waiting to get Certificates of Occupancy for their homes. If there is any way you could expedite the review process, it would be greatly appreciated.
