Please replace the permit verification I sent yesterday with the attached version. Upon review
I realized that I had missed adding the special condition for the Anadromous species
moratorium for the Deep Creek and Mills Creek crossings as requested by NCWRC. The
mitigation transfer form on yesterdays email remains the same. Let me know if you have any
questions.
