Mr. Larry Eckstein, the current owner met me onsite to discuss the current permit. To date the system has not been built. Currently a workshop is on the property, no plumbing. Mr. Eckstein and I discussed what would be required of a discharge system built after 2007. The original design permitted in the 90's would need to be modified to meet current minimum requirements. We also discussed additional permitting options for non-discharge systems, should he wish to utilize reclaimed water. Please note the permit is still listed under the previous owner (Mr. Gerrald). A name ownership change form will need to be submitted to update our records.
