Inspection Summary:
A review of the facility's 2019 Annual Report has been conducted. The 2019 annual report did not contain any results for soil
fertility analyses performed on the permitted fields during 2019, as required by Condition IV.5 of Permit # WQ0020239. The
other data presented in the 2019 report are consistent with the lab reports included with the report and otherwise appear
conplete.
The facility is considered to be non -compliant because of the lack of soil fertility analyses during 2019. A NOV/NOI will be
issued to adddress the non-compliance.
