General Water Quality Certification Numbers 4132 and 4133 were issued for the above referenced project on June
24, 2019. Please replace these with General Water Certification Number 4135 which corresponds to the Nationwide
Permit 14 that was issued by the Corps of Engineers.
Please attach a copy of this letter with any copies of the original Water Quality Certification. All other conditions of
the original Water Quality Certification dated June 24, 2019 still apply except where superseded by this correction.
