General Water Quality Certification Number 4140 was issued for the above referenced project on November 8,
2019. Please replace this with General Water Certification Number 4135 which corresponds to the Nationwide
Permit 14 that was issued by the Corps of Engineers.
Please attach a copy of this letter with any copies of the original Water Quality Certification. All other conditions of
the original Water Quality Certification dated November 8, 2019 still apply except where superseded by this
