Tom and Garcy,
It appears that revisions to the drawings that occurred late in the process were not disseminated to you guys. In mid -
December there was a minor change to two riprap stormwater dissipaters on the west side of the project. One was
moved from the northwest side of the project near a CAMA wetland to the southwest side into a 404 wetland. The
other was moved farther to the west on the southwest side. This resulted in an increase of impact to the 404 wetland
impacts of 0.78 sq feet (<0.01 ac.) There were no changes to buffer impacts. Attached are the revised drawings. The
change in impact was slight enough that the impact totals by site did not change.
Tom,
It appears that a MTS form was not included with the NW 14 for the project. Could you please provide?
Garcy,
We received a GC 4140 for the project. Should it have been a GC 4135 to correspond with the NW 14?
