Originally the report was found to have a discrepancy between the sludge analysis results reported on the ASSF for the Maysville WWTP and the data presented in the associated lab report. Bob Branch with Branch Residuals and Soils, who prepared the report, was contacted and he stated that the results on the ASSF were in error and he revised the form with the correct lab data consistent with the lab report and resubmitted a revised 2019 Annual Report on 3/13/20. Documentation in the revised 2019 Annual Report appears to be complete and accurate. The revised report contained the results of sludge and soil analyses and pathogen and vector reduction as required by the permit. The results reported match the information presented in the laboratory reports submitted with the revised annual report. Both nutrient and metals loading rates reported were well below the permit limits. The facility is considered in compliance with permit WQ0037637 during 2019.
