Inspection Summary:
On March 3, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Robert Houston Jr. on site. During the inspection the
following items were noted:
1) A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan has been created for the facility.
2) Qualitative Monitoring has not yet been conducted on site.
3) Analytical Monitoring has not yet been conducted on site.
4) The permittee has not confirmed if a large used oil tank on site has integrated secondary containment in its construction.
Please give the above items your immediate attention.
While the site remains in violation, substantial improvements have been made and a direct effort to get into compliance is
evident.
