Documentation in the 2019 Annual Report appears complete and accurate. The report contained the results of sludge and soil analyses and pathogen and vector reduction as required by the permit. The results reported match the information presented in the laboratory reports submitted with the annual report. Both nutrient and metals loading rates reported were well below the permit limits. The facility is considered in compliance with permit # W00008778.
