Dear Mr. Heim:
This letter is a request for an extension of a.proposed sanitary sewer extension located off of City of
Asheville maintained, North Bear Creek Road. The private extension is to serve a proposed 29-unit long
term rental residential and wellness development. The project will consist of approximately 400 linear
feet of 6-inch SDR-35 pipe with 31 services to serve the 29 rental units, a community building and a
wellness center. The estimated discharge is 2800 gallons per day and will be discharged to a publicly
owned MSD gravity sewer system.
