Prelimina _ Engineering stud+ determined that the existingpump station would need to be replaced. Design of the pump station replacement is currently complete, with the project letting for bid in the March 2020 time frame. However, it sounds like the flow from Phase 7 will be added to lines that were permitted in two different existing permits (Phase 3 & 4). Instead of modifying both of these permits, we think the easiest way to do this would be to apply for a new permit for Phase 7 that would only include flow (no sewer lines). You should describe the situation in the narrative. The portions of this new permit could only be certified after Phase 3 and/or 4 were certified. Also, the check that was submitted didn't come to our office (Raleigh Regional Office). It was received in our Central Office, which is downtown. If you submit an application to us (RRO) for Phase 7, I'll have our Central Office send the check to us, and we can use it towards the new application for Phase 7. Let me know what you think..
