I realize that this is not a formal response, but I just wanted to let you know that we're working on your request.
1've been working closely with Ken Averitte on this project along with Tom Ferrell (Corps). Allen Fickett is our
contact for the Barra Farms Mitigation Bank and he has assured us that there is available credit to cover our
mitigation needs (1.42 acres of non-riparian wetland mitigation). We were holding off on requesting a formal
"credit reservation letter" until we had the post-Public Notice meeting (I'm trying to get this scheduled with Tom)
and once we confirmed the required mitigation (even though Tom and Ken seem to be good with what has been
proposed). However, I've gone ahead and asked Allen to forward me a "credit reservation letter" with the
understanding that there's a possibility that the mitigation could change.
I'll make a note to send you a formal response by the 3 week period in case I don't get this letter by that time.
