There is no standard procedure - the letter that I sent them about the request for withdrawal
contains a paragraph with the OAH language and that should serve as notification to APGI.
I have called FERC (STeven Bowler) and left a lengthy voice message to tell them what is
going on. I can send them a copy of the public notice if you wish. please advise. thankx
