CONTRACTOR TO REPAIR DISTURBED AREAS TO PRE-PROJECT CONDITIONS.3. CONTRACTOR SHALL DISPOSE OF EXCESS SOIL, CLEARED AND GRUBBED MATERIALS, INVASIVESPECIES, AND OTHER DEBRIS IN PROPER DISPOSAL AREAS.
EROSION CONTROL NOTES:
1. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL AND MAINTAIN EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL DEVICES INACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS.
